Connie has been an advocate for empowered aging for decades. As Chief Sales Officer with Truehold, Connie helps families navigate how to honor the wishes of their oldest members so they can, when appropriate, age in their own homes. Connie has over 20 years of experience leading high performing divisions and teams to scale. As a vice president at A Place for Mom for 15 years, she helped build the company into the country’s largest senior care referral service. She found the opportunity to help tens of thousands of families go through the senior living decision both humbling and rewarding.

While advising older adults and their family caregivers, she draws from her personal experience overseeing or providing care for many immediate family members.
