Now that spooky season is behind us, it's time to look ahead! What are your plans for November?

Moving It! - Forever Fit by AARP Missouri

Every Thursday, Nov 11 - Dec 30, 10 - 10:45am
Cost: Free

One of the most popular Moving It! programs has returned! Forever Fit is specially designed for people aged 50+. This low-intensity program offers a great workout for people at all fitness levels. It combines strength, endurance, joint stability, balance and flexibility.

Cooking for Two with Carol Daniel by AARP Missouri

Tuesday, Nov 16, 6:30 - 7pm
Cost: Free

Cooking for Two with Carol Daniel is a fun and engaging virtual cooking show that features recipes for two. Every month, Carol cooks featured recipes - November's episode will be holiday themed!

Caregiver Series by Aging Ahead

Every Tuesday, Nov 9-30, 10am - 12pm

In support of National Caregiver Month, Aging Ahead and partners are hosting a series of workshops to help family caregivers better navigate their role. Topics include self-care, finances, home safety, and long-term care options.

Concerts by the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra

Veterans Day 5K Run and Walk Presented by Keeley Companies

Soldiers Memorial Military Museum, 1315 Chestnut St, St. Louis, MO 63103

Cost: $35

Race to end veteran homelessness at the 6th Annual Veterans Day 5K Run and Walk Presented by Keeley Companies, which benefits the St. Patrick’s Center. In honor of our service men and women, the Missouri History Museum will host the St. Louis Regional Veterans Day Observance Parade immediately following the event.

Holiday Bingo at the Maryland Heights Community Center

Aging Mastery Program (AMP) by Oasis

This 5-week program was developed by the National Council on Aging to help you build your personal plan for aging well. Topics range from nutrition to finances to online safety and more. You will leave each session with new friends, educational materials, and actionable tools to help you live the lifestyle you want.
