Winter Warmer Fest 2022

Ohio Boating Education Course

The Ohio Boating Education Course (OBEC) is taught by officers throughout the state of Ohio. Instructors teach on topics such as knowing your boat before getting underway, operating safely, legal requirements, boating emergencies, and watersports.

Towpath Trail Lantern Parade

Towpath Trail - Sokolowski's Overlook, 1201 University Rd, Cleveland, OH 44113

Saturday, March 12 |  6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

The new Towpath Trail Lantern Parade will start and end at Sokolowski’s Overlook and include a 1.6 mile round trip along the Towpath Trail. Revolution Brass Band will lead the parade with a New Orleans Second-Line style performance.
