The counselor conversation is mandatory but waivable and completely free of charge. Including this as part of your home sale process is an important part of Truehold’s commitment to making every customer feel informed and secure in their transaction.

Once your home has passed inspection and your transaction is qualified, a HUD-certified financial counselor will contact you to schedule a brief call.
During the session, the counselor will walk you through the key details of your sale and lease agreement, ensuring everything is clear.
Once the call is completed, you’ll confirm whether you’d like to move forward with the transaction or discuss any remaining questions with your Truehold representative.
